His passion for innovation, collaboration, and the cross-pollination of ideas has allowed him to successfully build multimillion-dollar businesses for individual clients and national brands across various industries. Simultaneously, Miguel has orchestrated projects and events that drive significant social and financial impact for community, arts, and social activist organizations.
As our founder and a member of our board, he brings a unique and diverse perspective that fuels his work in helping aspiring artists build successful community-minded businesses.

As a successful Latina committed to self-improvement and community support, I strive to empower those who may be quiet due to ignorance, shame, or fear (like I once was). Overcoming the challenges of my own language barriers inspired me to pursue a stronger academic foundation. And what began as ESL classes at a community college, reignited my passion for advancing in more than just academics, but a professional career.
Reflecting on my journey, and the numerous achievements that have shaped my path, I’m proud to say that my initial goal—to help a rapidly growing immigrant community—continues to drive me. Throughout my 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Finance for a non-profit religious organization, I have made significant strides toward this aim. However, my inner drive tells me that there is still much more to accomplish.
Joining the board of an organization dedicated to fostering a self-sustaining and supportive community resonates deeply with me. I am eager and committed to contribute, learn from every experience, and grow through every interaction.

Daniella F. Pérez is your go-to glam girl for expert hair and makeup services and education. A self-proclaimed lifelong learner, she continually seeks to expand her knowledge and experience across various disciplines, resulting in a career marked by impressive achievements in the beauty industry. Honing her crafts with leading brands, first as a freelance makeup artist with MAC Cosmetics and then as a hairstylist and expert colorist at Gorgeous Salon, she embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship.
As the CEO of All Around Beauty in San Antonio, Texas, Daniella has built a successful business and brand from the ground up while offering her expertise and leadership as Beauty Director for Melange Productions inc. in New York and Los Angeles.
Daniella brings a wealth of experience and passion to every project and is dedicated to elevating communities to new heights.
As a board member of The B.A.D., she hopes to continue leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience from the beauty industry to contribute to the success and growth of every Artistpreneur in the arts sector.
